We created Wear The Fight, to make breast cancer apparel/street apparel that looks good but also gives back!  60% of the proceeds for each item sold will go to cancer prevention research through the Prevent Cancer(R) Foundation, who focuses on prevention through education, research, and outreach. While there is currently no sure way to prevent breast cancer, there are things you can do that might lower your risk. This can be especially helpful for women with certain risk factors for breast cancer, such as having a strong family history or certain inherited gene changes. 

With breast cancer on the rise, and sadly increasing in younger women in their 30 and 40’s, according to the American Cancer Society about 1 in 8 U.S. women will develop invasive breast cancer in their lifetime (that’s a huge number, meaning you or someone you know will get it). That makes it important for women to get various annual breast screenings but even more critical that research is being funded to understand how to better identify and prevent it.
